The 2Lite is our lightweight, 3-season backpacking tent. It is durable and built to hold up against harsh backpacking conditions, without sacrificing the weight and comfort of a standard backpacking tent. Weighing in at 2 lbs 10 oz (included DAC stakes add 2oz), the 2Lite still manages to create enough space for 2 people to sit up comfortably inside.

The 2Lite has the same body and fly as the 2Lite Trek, but the 2Lite uses a full length front pole instead of trekking poles.

Great tent. Bought one in the spring and have used it a few times since. It’s rained every time I’ve been out in it (almost like the tent has some power over the weather and wants the worst for the challenge of it!). It’s kept dry inside without problem each time, including a 24-hour long steady rain in the Adirondacks in early September. Amazing how lightweight it is for the quality. Definitely would recommend this tent.

My son and I did a 6 days 60 miles trip in Olympic National Park during which there was both rain and sun. The tent performed wonderfully and kept us dry in the 2 days of incessant rain. There were no leaks and ventilation was good. If there was an area of improvement, the stakes could be upgraded to more heavy duty ones. Excellent product and pity not more people use this.
